      Jarkko Martikainen, who will release his eighth album in August, will perform the opening concert of his album release tour with his band in Tapiola Hall on 4 September. Jarkko Martikainen ja Luotetut miehet are Ema Hurskainen (drums, bass, backing vocals), Anssi Salminen (guitars, mandolin, violin, backing vocals) and Luis Herrero (bass, accordion, backing vocals), along with Jarkko Martikainen (vocals, guitar). When Jarkko Martikainen performs, he creates a powerful atmosphere that speaks to audiences of all ages. He is a man of many cultural genres, whose primary goal has always been the trinity of songwriting, recording and touring. Jarkko Martikainen also gained fame as the vocalist, guitarist, songwriter and lyricist of the band YUP between 1987 and 2008. His solo career, which started in 2004, has added more thoughtful tones to his songs.
