      Community Mindfulness and Chair Yoga Practices Around the Town

      Please Join us for Chair Yoga and Mindful Meditation for ages 10 + up EVERY TUESDAY at Slidedell Senior Center. Time: 2 PM -3 PM This class is a gentle and easy movement mindful meditation and chair yoga. No mat required as it is mindful movement with a chair. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcomed and encouraged. Whether you're looking for something to do with friends, a way to relax after work or class, stretch or build muscle strength, yoga has something to offer every body. No experience is necessary. All are welcome. Late arrivals and early departures are welcomed as well if needed. Please let us know if we can accommodate or best serve you in any way. Please wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing. We look forward to practicing with you! This class is free to be accessible to all, but if you are able, we welcome donations to make future classes possible.
