FAQs Parking? Payment is made at the parking kiosk on the day of the conference. Attendees will now enter the parking garage and their license plates will be scanned as they enter. Parking kiosk are available on the SW stair tower on levels 1, 4, and 5. Payment is made on the day of the conference, either by credit card or cash at the kiosk. Please keep your license plate number available What's the refund policy? We encourage you to send a substitute if you cannot attend.  A full refund of registration fees, less a $50.00 administration fee, will be available if requested in writing and received by November 7, 2019.  No refunds will be made after that date. A $30 fee will be charged for returned checks.(Please note that if you fail to cancel by the deadline and do not attend, you are still responsible for payment).  CEAE reserves the right to cancel the Geotechnical Engineering conference and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration.  The liability of the University of Kansas is limited to the registration fee.  The University of Kansas will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits. What refreshments and meals are included? Continental breakfast, morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch are included in the registration fee.
