Holiday Open House
The Gumboro Community Association is hosting our first Holiday Open House. The Gumboro Community Center, formerly The Gumboro School, will be open to the public for free self guided tours through our seasonally decorated historic building on December 8, from 12pm-4pm. The Gumboro Community Association is starting the process of preparing a nomination to be entered onto The National Historic Registry. We are looking for anyone who attended Or worked at The Gumboro School.
The Open House will feature, free refreshments, photos with Santa from 2-4, a chance to buy homemade holiday treats at a cookie walk benefiting The Gumboro Fire Co Ladies Auxiliary, and fresh evergreen wreath and Gumboro merchandise sales benefitting The Gumboro Community Center.
