Cowboy Club Announces Thanksgiving To Go and Prix Fixe Menu November 26

Diners are invited to enjoy Thanksgiving with the Cowboy Club two ways this season — with Thanksgiving To Go meals and Dine-In Prix Fixe Menu.

Those that prefer to enjoy to feast in the comfort of their own homes (but without the hassle of the holiday cooking!) this season, Cowboy Club’s Thanksgiving To Go menu features the following, packaged family style:

Slow-Roasted Turkey
Sauteed Green Beans
Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes
Apple Sage Stuffing
Savory Pan Gravy
Cranberry Sauce
Slice of Pumpkin Pie, plus a treat from the kitchen

Cost is $25 per person, minimum of two people. Orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 25. On Thursday, November 26, dine-in guests can enjoy a special prix fixe menu in celebration of Thanksgiving including:

Roasted Acorn Squash Soup with nutmeg crème fraiche and local goat cheese

Traditional Turkey Dinner featuring slow-roasted turkey, sauteed green beans, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, apple sage stuffing, savory pan gravy, and cranberry sauce

House Made Pie with scratch-made crust and spiced pumpkin filling

To complement the feast, guests may add their choice of Mohua Sauvignon Blanc or Primarius Pinot Noir for $8 per glass. The special prix fixe menu is $29.95 per person; reservations can be made by calling 928-282-4200 or visiting www.cowboyclub.com.
