      Greetings Friends, Fans & Fellow Car Enthusiasts! We hope you all had a wonderful year and are feeling just as excited as we are to welcome the 2019 summer season! As many are aware, we annually host the Fall Boardwalk Classic Car Show over September 19 - 22, 2019. The Fall Boardwalk Classic Car Show brings in over 650 classic vehicles that are displayed along Wildwoods Boardwalk and our event attracts thousands of visitors each year. In addition to our already very-popular and highly-anticipated weekend at the Jersey Shore, we are thrilled to announce another exciting event for 2019— we proudly introduce to you the Wildwoods Fall Indoor Vendor & Swap Meet Extravaganza inside Wildwoods gorgeous Oceanfront Arena... the Wildwoods Convention Center.  Historically we have hosted many events inside Wildwood's Convention Center over this same weekend that brings in THOUSANDS of spectators, all whom are eager to see what's happening inside! In efforts to extend our excitement to the indoors, we will be selling areas within the Exhibit Hall and Main Lobby  of the Convention Center at a very fair price, allowing for maximum profits to be made at those who display their products and services.  Are you interested in being a vendor during our exciting indoor vendor event? We are selling 10‘ X 10‘ vending spaces starting at $200! Does your vending area require additional space? No problem! Please see pricing below: 10' X 10' Lobby Booth - $200; Additional 10' X 10' Space $100 10' X 10' Exhibit Hall Booth - $300;Additional 10' X 10' Space $100 *Please note: If electricity is needed, there is a $40 additional charge per outlet used.**EventBrite is an Online Ticketing/ Registration tool. There is a convenience fee for processing your registration through EventBrite; the convenience fee goes directly to EventBrite and does not go to Wildwood Motor Events. If you would like to avoid this fee, please email us at to request a registration form and you may send your payment directly to us via check or money order. FAQ's: As a vendor, what's the difference between the Lobby and the Exhibit Hall location?The Lobby (Hallway) vending area is just steps away from the main entrance to Wildwood's Convention Center. We line the Lobby and Main Hallway with vendors along each side, leading all spectators and shoppers into the large Exhibit Hall area. Inside the Exhibit Hall, we will have vendors lined in rows. Lobby space is limited and is always available to those who attend our show each year, so if you're a returning vendor, no worries!  *In order to retain your space from last year, your contract must be completed and paid for by August 17, 2019. After this date, space will be released to the waiting list of vendors. Are there any available vendor opportunities outdoors along the boardwalk?No, vendor space is permitted only within the Convention Center. Does a vendor need to be car-related in order to participate?With the exception of food and drink, all vendors are welcome! We will have vendors including, but not limited to: Car-related Parts and Accessories, Car-related Apparel, Fine Jewelry, Diecast Models, Vintage Magazines, Neon Signs, Antiques, Swavorski Crystals, Restoration Products and Services, and Car Cleaning and Waxing Products. Additionally, Classic Car Insurance Representatives will be present and available to discuss potential coverage with new clients. As a participating vendor, can I request a specific location?Our vendor layout is first-come, first-serve; however, if you have any specific requests we will do what we can in order to accommodate you. Although we will certainly try to accommodate any special requests, we cannot guarantee a specific space.  Is the vendor extravaganza exclusive to each vendor's products/ services?No, we will not be exclusive to particular products or services. We will accept multiple vendors selling or advertising similar products and services; however, to avoid any potential conflict in goods, we will not place those vendors directly near each other. I have a lot of products to set up for the weekend, what is the best way to unload?Participating vendors will be able to enter the Convention Center by entering the tunnel located just north of the convention center parking lot (at Montgomery & Ocean Avenues, Wildwood). Upon entering the tunnel, you will need to push the speaker button in order to verify who you are and why you're there. Give the operator your name and/or company name and explain you're there to set up your vendor booth. The gate will open and you may enter the loading dock.  Upon entry of the loading dock, you may reverse your vehicle to the loading zone once instructed to do so by Convention Center staff. The Staff will have large, flat-beds available to unload with. You may use the flat-bed until you complete unloading. Please note, vehicles are not permitted inside the Convention Center's Exhibit Hall. Vehicles must remain on the loading dock at all times while unloading and loading your vehicle. Look for your assigned table by finding your company name; staff members will be available to help you locate your table, if needed. Additionally, we will send each registered vendor a copy of the site-map to better assist in locating your assigned area. Once you're finished unloading, you must move your vehicle from the loading dock area. Parking for participating vendors is currently being negotiated with convention center staff, we will notify you of where you may be able to park once this information is confirmed. Do I need to break-down my booth each night?No, the Convention Center is locked and secured during times that we are not open to the public.  What are the set-up hours for participating vendors?Vendors are invited to set up their booths as early as:Wednesday, September 18, 2019 from 10:00am - 3:00pmThursday, September 19, 2019 from 10:00am - 3:00pm*If these hours do not meet your needs, other arrangements can be made in advance.*What are the hours to be open to the public?Thursday, September 19, 2019 from 3:00pm - 8:00pmFriday, September 20, 2019 from 10:00am - 8:00pmSaturday, September 21, 2019 from 10:00am - 8:00pmSunday, September 22, 2019 from 9:00am - 12:00pm What are the break-down hours?Sunday, September 22, 2019 from Noon - 5:00pmMonday, September 23, 2019 from 10:00am - 3:00pm*If these hours do not meet your needs, other arrangements can be made in advance.* Please note, in order to validate this contract:1) It is agreed that space assigned to you shall be accepted.2) The State of New Jersey requires New Jersey Tax Number - If needed, contact the NJ Department of Division Revenue.3) The products listed in this contract are those you will exhibit.4) Wildwood Motor Events, LLC reserves the right to make last minute changes in the floor plan.5) All booths are to be paid in full at the completion of this contract. If any additional monies are owed for additional booth space, you agree to pay the balance in full at the time you check-in to your booth location.
